First of all, we had our 36 week check up on baby Kate yesterday and she is doing great! Her heartbeat was strong - we think she is head down (not quite sure yet). She's measuring small (as all our babies do) so that's no surprise. No signs of preterm labor - my blood pressure is good, the swelling in my feet has gone down, and overall, I'm handling this pregnancy like a champ - to God be the glory for my health and this baby girl's health. Jesus' hand is upon us and I am so very thankful.
My memory card on my camera was full because it has been ALMOST 2 MONTHS since I have uploaded pictures. I couldn't even begin to get all of them posted but here are a few that will show the highlights of what we have been up to during August and September.
A Mommy and Luke date to the museum...
Luke's favorite outfit - a white t-shirt and his underwear...and, one of his new favorite games - playing on Mommy and Daddy's big bed.
Riding the tractor at Burlington City Park...
Playing in his toy box in HIS NEW ROOM - see his big bed???
Playing some golf and a sneak peek at our new house in the background...
Luke's first bicycle...
His new favorite toy - airplanes and helicoptors...
BIG TOY SHOW!
More big toys!
Helping Daddy repair the gate to our fence...
Boogie boarding on the last pool day...
Playing in the fort with Lexi and Lauren...I think I caught Luke with his mouth full!
First day of 3 year old preschool...
Fun at a bounce house festival!
Another favorite hobby...painting - he loves to paint! Found this easel at a consignment sale and Luke loves it!
Soccer!! Luke started an instructional league of soccer at the Y this year. After a horrible first practice where Luke did nothing but stand in the middle of the field and whine, he has improved TREMENDOUSLY. Matter of fact, after last night's practice, the coach said he recommended that we put him in the actual game playing league in the spring. I'm so proud of this boy (AND HIS DADDY for working with him and encouraging him).
