The Fun Continues

I have a mixture of pictures that I haven't had a chance to post because every week I have a ton of other ones...so, today was the perfect day to post them because it's going to be a short post. Luke and I are off to the zoo on this beautiful spring day - I'm super excited! Then, tomorrow, we are headed to the Natural Science Center for Bunny Day. It's suppose to pour down rain all day tomorrow but the Natural Science Center has a huge indoor area for us to enjoy the bunnies, the play grocery store, block area, ship, etc....next weekend, I'll post about our adventures. Enjoy the pictures and have a great rainy weekend!

By the way, Saturday school was not so bad. I was home by 1:00 and it was a yucky day outside so I didn't miss much. Luke had a good time running errands with his mamaw and his daddy while I was gone. I was able to get a lot of work done that I didn't have to do at night time, so, even though I do not want to do it again, it wasn't so bad.

Here you go....the Lukester in action....
Here is Luke trying to put a spoon away in the silverware drawer....he escaped without his pants on...:)
This is Luke telling me that he wants his paci (which is in this drawer).

Loving on Mickey Mouse (his early Easter present from mammaw)...
A few weeks ago, we went to Chris and Leslie Butcher's house to watch some March Madness basketball games. Luke had a blast! The adults were outnumbered there were so many kids....11 kids ranging from the ages of 3 weeks to age 6. We had so much fun chasing Luke and the rest of the kids around....not much basketball was actually watched. The funniest part was there was a little girl's room in the house that Luke loved to play in....check out the picture with Luke pushing a Barbie car and holding Ken....he will laugh at that one day.
There he is....

Carrying doll clothes...oh my! :)
This is his friend, Ella Butcher (4 years old), she's a new big sister....can't you see how she has become such a good helper with the babies??? :) Luke is loving it!

Luke LOVES to help me clean up....he is bringing me the mop. He will also bring me the broom if I ask for it and while I'm cleaning, I give him a paper towel and he "cleans" the floor. It's so cute! He is quite bothered when he sees dirt on the floor.

I take Luke on nature walks at Creekside sometimes....he carries a ziploc bag and puts "treasures" (leaves, rocks, mulch, etc.) in his bag....this is Luke bringing a huge leaf to add to his collection....
This is Luke showing me that he did NOT eat a leaf after he certainly tried...
See???? He's pretending to eat it right now - he does this to drive me crazy because he knows he is not suppose to eat these leaves...silly boy!!! :)

Playing in the tunnel....he LOVES tunnels...

Playing with bubbles....

Playing on the new deck...
And with the gate....

Look at those country boy feet....
And, finally, Luke is now playing in and ON the sandbox....check these pictures out...

That's all folks...have a great weekend! We are off to the zoo!!
